1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

9. Account Suspension and Termination

• 35bp has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise prohibited purposes, including money laundering or identity fraud.

Upon termination of an account for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms or prohibited activity), any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part at 35bp's discretion.
